The artwork, photographs, and writing on this site belong to Jonnie Rodriguez and APT Gallery. Reproducing the work — printing it, selling it, or presenting it as your own — is not permitted without written permission.

Every project here translates an existing album, film or text. Those source works belong to their own artists and rights holders, and naming a source is a credit, not a claim of any association with it.

APT Gallery is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, label or estate named across this site.

Buying a work transfers the object. It does not transfer the copyright.

You own the piece. You can hang it, move it, lend it, insure it, and sell it on. The right to reproduce the image — printing it, licensing it, putting it on something, using it commercially — stays with the artist.

Photographing your own piece in your own space, and sharing that, is fine. It is not a licence to reproduce the artwork itself.

Original canvases are 1 of 1 and are final sale. There is no second one.

Prints, apparel and merchandise are produced in multiples and can be returned within 14 days, conditions apply. Everything about delivery, damage and returns is on Shipping & Returns.

The gallery takes commissioned and custom work. A commission is agreed piece by piece, and it is non-refundable once production starts.

The Collector’s Club is a seasonal membership billed annually, with four drops a year.

Refunds and cancellations on a membership are handled case by case rather than by a fixed rule.

APT Gallery runs a collaboration programme and its roster is built to grow. Artists can send work through the inquiry page.

Sending work is not an agreement, and it does not transfer any rights in it. Your work stays yours. If a collaboration goes ahead, its own terms are agreed separately.

Some of this site is still being built, and some records are marked as unconfirmed where they are. Nothing here is a guarantee that a work exists in a particular size, colour, or state of completion until it appears on a real, priced listing.

The site is provided as it is. The gallery does not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

If something goes wrong with an order, the gallery’s responsibility is limited to the amount paid for that order. It does not extend to indirect or knock-on losses.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

If there is a problem, contact the gallery first. Most things are settled that way, and it is the quicker route for everyone.

The date at the top of this page changes whenever these terms do. An order is covered by the terms that were in place when it was placed.
