Shipping & Returns

Two different things, which do not ship the same way.

Original canvases are 1 of 1. A large canvas is 60 × 72 inches, so it is crated and moved as freight rather than parcel post, and it cannot be replaced if it is lost or damaged.

Prints, apparel and merchandise — including the postcards and collectible objects in a Collector’s Club drop — are produced in multiples and ship as ordinary parcels.

Commissioned and custom work is made to order. Timing is agreed for each piece.

Standard orders are processed in 3–5 business days. That is the time before a parcel is handed to a carrier, not the time in transit.

Original canvases take 3–5 weeks. They are prepared, packed and crated individually.

Commissioned work runs to its own schedule, agreed before production starts.

Orders ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Which one depends on the size and the destination.

Tracking is provided for every shipment.

Please check your shipping address before you order. Getting it right is the buyer’s responsibility, and a parcel sent to an address as given cannot always be recovered.

The gallery ships internationally.

Customs duties, import taxes and any handling fees charged on arrival are the buyer’s responsibility. They are set by the destination country, not by the gallery, and they are not included in the price paid here.

Customs can also hold a parcel for a while. That time is outside the delivery estimates above.

If a package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, tell the gallery within 7 days.

Photographs are required for damage — the item and the packaging it came in. Keep both until the claim is settled.

A damaged 1-of-1 canvas cannot be replaced with an identical one, so these are handled individually.

Original canvases are final sale. They are unique works and are not returnable.

Commissioned work is non-refundable once production starts.

Prints, apparel and merchandise can be returned within 14 days. Conditions apply — the item needs to come back in the state it left in.

A damaged or incorrect item is a different matter, and is covered above: report it within 7 days with photographs.

Collector’s Club memberships are handled case by case. See Terms.

A commission cannot be cancelled for a refund once production has started. Before that, and for anything still inside its processing window, ask as soon as you can.

The site does not publish a contact address yet. The inquiry page is the only route it currently has.
