APT Gallery collects very little, and only what an order or an enquiry actually needs. This page says what that is, where it goes, and how to get it back or removed.
This page has not been reviewed by an attorney. It describes how the site currently works and marks what has not been decided.
Browsing the site: our hosting provider processes your browser requests. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures page views and playlist clicks, with browser, device and approximate location information. We do not send form contents or email addresses to Google Analytics.
Buying something: your name, email address, shipping address and payment details. These are entered at checkout, which takes place on the payment processor’s pages.
Sending an enquiry: the artist inquiry form collects your name, email address, the disciplines you work in, an optional portfolio link, and your message. Submissions are closed while the site is in review, and the form is not shown when they are.
The mailing list: signup forms collect your email address, requested email interests, signup time and the page where you signed up. These records are currently stored in Sanity. Connection to an email-marketing provider is still being set up; no automated newsletter is sent by this form.
Card numbers are never seen or stored by this site. Checkout runs on Stripe, which processes the payment under its own privacy policy.
This site keeps no order database. The record of an order — what was bought, and the name and address it ships to — sits with Stripe.
Vercel hosts the site and, like any web host, processes the requests your browser makes to it.
Stripe handles payments on its own pages and under its own privacy policy.
Sanity stores the gallery’s content — text and images about the work — plus inquiry submissions and mailing-list signup records.
Google Analytics receives analytics data only after you accept analytics cookies. Google processes that data under its privacy policy. You can stop future collection using Cookie preferences in the footer.
No data is sold, and none is shared with advertisers. There are no advertisers.
The mailing list and Collector’s Club communications are separate. Joining one does not add you to the other.
Membership email is part of the membership — it covers drops, shipping and access. Mailing list email is optional and can be stopped at any time without affecting anything you have bought.
An essential sign-in cookie, your saved consent choice, and optional Google Analytics cookies if you accept them. Details are on the Cookie Policy, which is the single description of it.
Order records are held by Stripe under its own retention terms, because this site does not keep its own copy.
Inquiry submissions stay in the gallery’s content store until they are removed. Asking for yours to be deleted removes it.

The date at the top of this page changes whenever the policy does. A material change to what is collected, or to who receives it, is described here before it takes effect.
