Mobile Terms of Service

When enrollment opens, you may choose to receive recurring marketing texts about AG Radio volumes, playlists, and the gallery releases, events, or offers described when you sign up. Messages may be sent using automated technology. We may also send subscription confirmations and replies to your requests. Message frequency varies with releases and your interactions.

You must expressly opt in using an enabled signup method and provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Joining an email list, accepting cookies, or contacting us does not give SMS consent. Before you subscribe, the signup disclosure will identify the program and link to these terms and our privacy policy. Your consent applies to the program described at signup.

APT Gallery does not charge a subscription fee for these texts. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan, including for replies. Contact your carrier about charges. Delivery depends on your carrier, network, and device and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The initial program is intended for US mobile numbers.

Once subscribed, reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out; further marketing texts will stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email aptgallery1@gmail.com for support or an unsubscribe request. No purchase is needed to stop messages.

If your number changes or you give it up, unsubscribe from the old number and sign up again with the new one if you wish. Do not send payment details or sensitive personal information in a text reply.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle phone numbers, consent records, and messaging information. SMS consent is separate from email subscriptions and advertising-cookie choices.
