Kanye and Victor have been best friends since diaper days.  Kanye, the only child of a single mother, and Victor, the oldest of 3 siblings.  Throughout their youth, Victor has always been there to protect and advise Kanye in many situations.  Kanye is very much an introvert as Victor has always been the guy everyone loves.  He's been the captain of the basketball team, validictorian and every girl wants to suck him dry.

As high school comes to an end, college careers begin and Victor decides he wants to go to Donda University out in L.A.  He's going on a full scholarship ride and wants to experience life.  Kanye applied and got accepted but his mother can't afford the tuition, forcing Kanye to attend a community college. Heartbroken by this, Kanye isn't ready for the seperation of his right hand man.

 

Moving day comes along and Kanye joins Victor's family to the airport to say their goodbyes.  Kanye suggest that they Facetime all the time and Victor agrees. Kanye goes home and just stays in his room. 

 

Fast foward to him starting school and still feeling uneasy.  His mom suggests that he maybe joins a club or sport. Hesitant at first, he ends up going to the club fair and attempts to make friends. His social awkwardly mannerisms make his peers feel uncomfortable which then makes him feel unwanted.  Deciding he's not meant for the social lifestyle, he just goes to class and back home to watch TV. On one of their weekly Facetimes, Victor mentions a few shows he's been binging and artists he's been listening too lately.  Kanye then jumps to those mediums watching everything and listening to the same artists over and over learning everything he can about them.

One night, Kanye tries to Facetime Vic but he doesn't pick up.  Confused, he tries again. Nothing. Tries a third time. Call get's ignored. Kanye then gets a text from Vic in caps saying to leave him alone.  He's busy right now on a date.

​

Kanye reads this and feels bad for interrupting everything.  Next morning his mom asks how's everything and he's very short with his answers. His mom asks how's Victor doing and he says he's fine. With a girl. Short quiet moment then Kanye opens up a bit. He says he misses Vic and wishes things were back to normal.  His mom sees the pain and sadness and offers to pay for a trip to LA to see Vic for a long weekend. Estatic by this, he calls up Vic first apologizing for the other night then saying that his mom said she'd pay for a weekend to go visit.

Vic sounds excited on the phone but camera shows his expression says otherwise.

​

Fast forward to Vic picking up Kanye from the airport and smoking a blunt.  Kanye taken back by this says I thought you didn't like weed. Yeah that was years ago, figured I'd try it, not so bad. Also is hella cheap out here. His lingo is different, his vibe is different, everything isn't what Kanye is used to you but tries to adapt to it. 

​

Vic shows him around campus and as he's doing so, introducing him to everyone he knows/sees, which to no surprise given his type of character back in high school, is a lot of people.  During the walk around, he's telling all these stories on parties and shit. All Kanye really has to contribute to the conversation are the shows and artist Vic put him on to.  While walking and interacting with so many people, Vic gets asked constantly if he's going to some party later on tonight. Vic's pumped for the later and tells Kanye he can't wait for him to show him a good time.

Evening comes around and they start pregaming, shotgunning, all that shit.  Kanye can't keep up but tries too.  Vic's friend, Andrew tells him he doesn't need to drink so much and so fast and to just stay at his own pace if he plans on surviving the night.  Kanye likes that guy and sticks with him for the most part of the night.  

​

They go to the party and, well, party.  Beer pong, flip cup, body shots, all that shit. Kanye likes it all but also is pretty drunk.  One of Vic's girls comes and says hi along with one of her friends.  Vic introduces her to Kanye and they start talking.  Pretty drunk they go upstairs and start hooking up.  Kanye being a virgin is lost and embarassed that he doesn't know what he's really doing.  They fuck and what happens?

Fucking Kanye throws up on the poor girl (they were doing missionary)

The girl leaves the room screaming and crying and Kanye's begging her not to say anything. He leaves the room and begins looking for Victor but he's nowhere to be found.  Ends up finding Andrew and asking where's Victor, I don't know, I haven't seen him. Kanye starts freaking out saying he has to leave and tells him what happens. Andrew trys to calm Kanye and the start walking back to the room.  Kanye's explaining more in detail to Andrew and hopes the word doesn't get out.  They get back to the room and find Vic fucking, Taylor, the girl he was talking to at the party.  Kanye, interrupting them spazzes a bit then admits to what he did. Vic starts laughing and Taylor yells "You threw up on___?!?!"

Let's go with Stephanie. Her name is Stephanie. You call her Stephanie I call her...okay enough. Back to the story.

​

Taylor gets her shit to leave but Vic's trying his best to change her mind. She's not widdit. Bye Felicia.  The two are left in an awkward silence.  Vic suggest they just figure everything out in the morning.

​

Sunrise comes and is awkward as fuck. No surprise there. Kanye's packing not saying much and Vic goes out to get them breakfast.  Andrew joins Vic and on the walk they talk about the situation. Andrew defends Kanye saying it wasn't cool to laugh and shit.  They come back small talk happens then they get ready to head to the airport.  Ride is nothing short but quiet as well, they hug it out and Vic says let me know when you land.  Love you bro. Hope you had a good weekend regardless of what happened.  We'll FaceTime later.

Putting Kanye at ease, he heads back and falls asleep during the plane ride.

​

His mom asks how his weekend was, he said good and just goes back into his room. 

​

Yada yada yada, they facetime the following weekend and Vic mentions to Kanye that he's joining a fraternity and in doing so, he's going to have to give in his phone and cut off communication for a few months.  I hope you understand.  It's really gonna benefit me and I'll have a new family and brothers.  Hearing that kind of throws Kanye off but he supports him and can't wait til he's able to talk to Vic again.  He asks if Andrew is going to have to go through it as well. No, he's already done it.  He's probably gonna be my big depending on the direction of the process.  Vic then goes on explaining what a big is yada yada they hang up and that's that.

​

Time passes by and Kanye hits up Andrew wondering how Vic's doing. Andrew's polite but says he can't really say much about Vic.  He is doing well though and is almost done with the process.  

​

Time passes by and there's some break where Vic is supposed to come home but ends up staying in LA.  Hurt by it he waits for the next break.

​

Next break comes around, Vic comes home telling his family about his college career so far and his joining a fraternity experience.

​

Vic and Kanye meet up for a drink but don't really have much to talk about. The relationship now seems forced.  

​

On his way home, Kanye begins to realize that the friendship has drifted apart and decides to stops calling him as much.  Everytime Vic comes back home though, they catch up.  They tend to talk about the same things, reminse on old shit, ask the what's new, how are you, how's your family doing questions, but that's as far as it goes. 

​

They both know they'll always be there for each other, regardless of whatever path each of them are headed in.  Real friends. Til the real end. Til the reel ends.
